Everyone wants a piece of the King and the King is happy to oblige as long as it’s in ball form. Zac and Rob continue to recycle the planet, underwater, to a fixed amount, in the dark and with a phobia for cows a bears.

“Speedrunning’s a thing, so let’s make a game about that! and cubes!” is the pitch for Deadcore. As part of the D’s in the Steam A-Z, Zac and Rob shun the speed part and instead focus on the cubes. So many cubes.

As predicted, we couldn’t resist revisiting this utter classic. This time we’ve tweaked the emulation via PCSX2 so there’s no more slowdown, just epic rolling.

We may have been wrong about dungeons. Turns out they are just massive dance clubs for monsters and the undead. Time for humans to put an end to this subterranean noise pollution. Zac and Rob wield their soundproofing shovel in Crypt of the Necrodancer.

Ever wondered what life as an all-powerful dung beetle is like? This might be close. Zac and Rob revolve around We Love Katamari, emulated via PCSX2.

After recording this we figured out that you can run this better on PCSX2 1.2.1 using the Direct3D 11 renderer.
